Project support

I am looking for a support in Java project, should be able to connect 6:00 EST everyday and write code according to Jira card. This is a rewrite project from JSP to angular. Need to create a API from old JSP code to use in angular and also work on Angular code to implement the APIs. There will be time to where we also do some production related work. Candidate need to be flexible in schedule and should be able to support some off hours.
