Project of gitlab mevan

I am looking for an experienced developer to help create a project for me in GitLab Mevan. The project will involve coding in Java and should serve the goal of increasing the efficiency of resource utilization. The outcome of this project should be a well structured and efficiently designed website that is easy to navigate, while delivering high visibility and low cost. The successful applicant should be highly skilled in Java and possess vast knowledge and experience in applying the language to develop websites and/or applications.
