Project Management and Reporting Software Solution -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am currently looking for a software application designed to facilitate project management tasks:
Application should be web based, and have a clean GUI, and branding.
Website must be included with the following menus: Products, Solutions, Pricing, log-in, Contact US, and Subscribe now. Additional Services should also be included describing our project management offerings and development services.
Functional program must be able to perform the following:
- Portfolio project management: Dashboard to manage multiple projects status and inbound project requests
- Capture project plans in a spreadsheet view, with begin dates, end dates, duration estimate, status, assigned to fields, and capture baselines, and log plan updates
Included should be
- Account administration: limiting user access
- Workspace Management (Projects reports, dashboards, schedules, integrations, and notifications
- Automation should be customizable and support emailed reports, task reminders for due items, and filters.
- Integration management: Connectors to common applications such as JIRA to synchronize data
- Resource Management:
- Support Custom Branding for each workspace
- Allow dashboard creation by end-users
- Ability to export a project plan to excel
- Ability to import from JIRA
- Offer prebuilt and customizable formulas for project management KPI's
- Provide Grid task views,GAANT View, outline Critical Path, and allow for update requests at the line/task level (or subtask)
Editable Hierarchy of tasks:
Default Hierarchy: Examples (Initiative, EPIC, Story, Task, sub-tasks, bugs)
Hierarchy features: parent, child, relationships, Teams assigned to, worker assigned to, and unique-IDs for projects/project tasks.
Additional abilities would be the option to attach fields, and external files such as word docs, excel docs, pdf's at the task or project hierarchy level.
- Bulk Import from CSV/Excel
- Bulk Export from CSV
-Customizable percent complete formulas (by task count, task durations (totals days), etc.
- Project templates should support KANBAN views, Agile templates, dashboard creation, and link generation restricting access to authorized users.
-Ability to create forms and email distribution lists to complete. Simple reporting view with graphs for sender.
- Integration Center: Request a new integration, (Would like gh get. hub included as an example),
Would like to leave room for AI enhancements such as repository scanning services, AI generated project planning templates, etc.

UX/wireframe designs should be provided at time of bid, and include any additional features not discussed as optional enhancements.
Goal is to create or product offering capable of competing with the top 5 companies such as Atlass.ian(J.I.R.A/Confluence), Monday, Asana, Wrike).
I would like the application delivered in modules built into the proposal so software delivery strategy can support go-live and new features as they are developed.
