Program with OCR and big data usage
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for a program that works in 3 steps:
1. Recognizes characters and one more variable on the android app
2. Based on the result looks for information in CSV files(I'll deliver them to you, I would prefer to change them in the future)
3. Shows result under Android emulator
My final requirement is the speed of processing, the faster the better.
