Postgres 8.2 configuration network acces for apps

I have an app written in Java with a Postgres 8.2 server that until recently could be accessed in LAN. The main computer was changed to a new one and I could transfer the entire app and server. the app works well in Local mode but now I cannot access in LAN. I forgot the postgres_hba config settings. Need help with this configuration
