Point Of Sales software development

Good, I would like to develop a point of sale system with angular frontend, spring framework(java) backend running on AWS with a mysql database. I would like this point of sale system to be able to function when there is no internet connection and I would like it to sync to the AWS servers when there is an internet connection. I have a specific 'look' for the POS cashier terminal where sales are captured. Is this something you believe you can do?
