Plugins for my minecraft server

I'm making a minecraft server for my friends with some DND aspects, but I'd like to have original plugins as well as help with pre existing ones. Main part of the project is to build some original plugins such as one that will generate pre-made structures from a set amount of them. Pay will be around $50 per basic plugin (takes up to one day to make) and $100 per advanced (takes over two days to make). If you'd like to negotiate, that's fine, but keep in mind this is a minecraft server for friends.
