Pixelmon Reforged Rescue Team side mod

I would like for someone to make it so the Pokémon in your first slot replaces the players skin. (So that it looks like you are the Pokémon). As well as it having it so if your team faints your character dies. All the pixelmon and textures already exist in the pixelmon reforged mod.
