CI-CD Pipeline

I am looking for a freelancer to create a CI-CD pipeline for my Java REST API application hosted on AWS. The pipeline should include both unit and integration tests. The ideal candidate should have experience with the following platforms: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and GitHub Actions. Additionally, the candidate should have a solid understanding of AWS and experience with unit and integration testing.
