Pinescript to Java Strategy Conversion

Description:
We are looking for an experienced Java developer with knowledge of the Bookmap API to convert an existing trading strategy from Pinescript to Java and implement it on the Bookmap platform. The developer will also be responsible for setting up the Bookmap API on IntelliJ Student Version on our machine and assisting with testing the converted strategy.
Scope of Work:
Setup and Configuration:
Assist in setting up the Bookmap API on IntelliJ Student Version on our machine.
Provide guidance and support in configuring the development environment.
Strategy Conversion:
Convert the existing Renko Scalper strategy, currently implemented in Pinescript, to Java.
Ensure the converted strategy maintains the same logic and functionality as the original Pinescript version.
Optimize the Java code for performance and efficiency.
Bookmap Integration:
Integrate the converted Java strategy with the Bookmap API.
Implement necessary interfaces and classes to interact with the Bookmap platform.
Ensure seamless integration and proper functioning of the strategy within the Bookmap environment.
Testing and Validation:
Perform backtesting of the converted strategy using historical data to validate the accuracy of buy/sell signals generated.
Assist in forward testing the strategy on a real exchange with minimal risk parameters.
Provide support in analyzing and interpreting the testing results.
Make necessary adjustments and optimizations based on the testing outcomes.
Documentation and Support:
Provide clear and comprehensive documentation of the converted strategy, including code comments and explanations.
Offer guidance and support to our team in understanding and maintaining the converted strategy.
Be available for follow-up questions and provide timely responses to any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
Experience with the Bookmap API and integrating custom strategies.
Familiarity with Pinescript and ability to understand and convert Pinescript code to Java.
Knowledge of trading concepts, indicators, and strategies.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with our team.
Deliverables:
Java source code of the converted Renko Scalper strategy.

The project is expected to be completed within 1-2 weeks.
Regular progress updates and milestones will be discussed and agreed upon during the project kickoff.
