Phyton, C++, Java programmer to develop a software for sound engineers

I am looking for an experienced programmer to develop a software for sound engineers. The software must be programmed in Java, C++ or Phyton and have the ability to read and convert a number of audio functions. In particular, I am looking for the software to perform parameter conversion between different audio brands. Basic knowledge of audio processing and mixers functionalities is preferred.
