Photo booth web based application

Hi all,
I'm looking for an Advance level of Angular and Java Developers to work on a photo booth application. The application is web based and integrated with server for remote controlling, the development of the application has started couple months ago and reached almost 85% but still not completed yet.
Key things to know angular-electron, Socket Communication, Bootstrap, Java, MySQL, windows background services using java.
Experience in visa card reader integration, printer integration and dlsr camera integration is essential/ plus. Most of the codes have been developed but contains some bugs and issues might require some debugging, rewriting or optimisation.
Some other parts of the application require some knowledge in image treatment (fit in, alignment..etc.)
Total of 2-3 full time developers are required to complete this application with expected timeline of less than one month to complete this application.
