Parenting Android and iOS App

I'm looking for someone who can create a mobile application for Android and iOS. Mobile application that functions to subscribe to various parenting programs from pregnancy to adolescence. I hope this application has a user friendly design so that it is easy to use but has many features that can be explored almost.
