PHP projects (+Java and SQL)

I'm looking for a freelancer to work on some PHP projects along with some Java and SQL development. I want to work remotely WITH the developer so that the developer can teach me PHP and Java along the way. I have a basic understanding (about 18months experience) and want someone to help me improve and learn as we work on some projects together. 4-5 hours a day
