PHP to Java Data Import Script

I'm looking for an experienced PHP developer with good knowledge of Java to create a script that imports specific data from an HTML/PHP form into the Pretix ticketing app.

Requirements:
- Develop a PHP script that can communicate with the Java-based Pretix ticketing app
- Extract and import specific data such as Participant name, Event name, Event date, Ticket type, and Ticket quantity.

Ideal Skills:
- Strong understanding of PHP and Java
- Experience in developing data transfer scripts
