Oracle Banking Developers Needed

Project Overview
We are seeking for skilled Oracle Banking developers for a 6-month contract engagement to handle development and testing of customizations across Oracle's banking product suite, including FCUBS, OBPM (Oracle Banking Payments), OBTF (Oracle Banking Trade Finance), OBCL (Oracle Banking Corporate Lending), and OBMA (Oracle Banking Microservices Architecture).
This is an excellent opportunity for developers with strong Oracle Banking platform experience to work on enterprise-grade financial services applications.
Key Responsibilities
As a Developer/Individual Contributor, you will be responsible for:
Design & Development: Create technical designs and develop customizations for FCUBS, OBPM, OBTF, OBCL, and OBMA products based on business requirements
Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, code documentation, and deployment guides
Unit Testing: Develop and execute unit test cases to ensure code quality and functionality
Customization Implementation: Implement product-specific customizations following Oracle Banking best practices and architectural guidelines
Code Reviews: Participate in peer code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills (Mandatory):
Strong proficiency in Java and Springboot framework
Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture design and implementation
Advanced PL/SQL programming skills
Expertise in developing and consuming REST APIs/services
Understanding of technical architecture for Oracle Banking products
Domain Skills (Mandatory):
Functional knowledge of FCUBS (Oracle Flexcube Universal Banking) - preferably higher versions (11.x or 12.x)
Working experience with one or more of the following:
OBPM (Oracle Banking Payments)
OBTF (Oracle Banking Trade Finance)
OBCL (Oracle Banking Corporate Lending)
OBMA (Oracle Banking Microservices Architecture)
Additional Preferred Skills:
Experience with Oracle Banking Cloud Services
Knowledge of banking domain processes (payments, lending, trade finance)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN)
Experience & Education
Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Banking product development and customization
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
OR Master's degree in related technical streams
Work Arrangement
Location: On-site in Bangalore
Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension based on project requirements)
Working Hours: Standard office hours (Monday-Friday)
Start Date: Immediate to 2 weeks' notice period acceptable
