Open-Source ERP -AXELOR customization required

Hi, We are looking for a programmer with experience in customizing Axelor open-source ERP or also we are interested in any other web based open source erp, where i could see the following detailed graphs (year wise & monthly)
- Total Sales invoice (monthly)
- Total Purchases invoice (monthly)
- Total Sales Order (monthly based on sales person)
- Total amount of quotations (monthly based on sales person)
- Total VAT on sales
- Total Payments and Receipts
- Total Profit and Loss (for the year)


Also need to show the values in the dashboard as well as graphs (bar chart or pie chart).
The person should be professional in programming languages such as Java script, JAVA, HTML, Python, AGPLv3, and PostgreSQL/ MySQL.
