Open MPI development using Java

I am looking for an Open MPI developer who has good knowledge about writing MPI programs in Java.
The codes to write are simple tasks that utilize OpenMPI's ability to run different functions concurrently, the purpose is to demonstrate a simulation. The functions themselves are simple. I know that because I am a Java developer but I don't have knowledge about this framework.

Important Note
In your proposal/message, make sure to explain the environment setup that is necessary to run around 3 concurrent functions at a time using Open MPI, so that I know you are genuine, don't answer using chatgpt or other AI tools.
