Online tutoring for game project

Basically , It’s a project to create a monopoly game in either java or python . I want someone to teach me how to go through this project in term of codes because it’s my first time doing this kind of coding . So what I mean is I want to work with someone on this project while teaching me how everything is getting done in order to get comfortable and fimiliar with coding . We can have as many sessions as we want so we can both work on the project and same time teach me how’s eveything is done .You will find eveything needed for this project attached below
