Online e learning web application using java and react

I am thinking to develop a web application using java , spring mvc , react for the front end .
Features :1) faculty course upload ( video and files ) . So that students can enrol for the course and watch the videos.
2) students can do the quiz assessments inbetween the videos , the results will be stored and the certificate should be generated at the end of the course completion
