Online edicine ordering web application.

I am looking for a Java Full stack web application developer to build a simple online medicine ordering platform for personal use. The application should enable users( customers and admin(seperately)) to register and log in securely, as well as keep track of prescriptions and manage the delivery scheduling. I would like the web application to be integrated with Gpay for payment.
the Project must be done using JSP, Java servlets, hibernet, html, css and javascript.
