Oauth 2 Implementation access and refresh token Using Spring Boot. Database you can use Postgres for storing Credentials

I need a project in Spring Boot which provides us Access token(having limited time expiration time) and Refresh token(made by client id, client secret and credentials) in returns and on passing refresh token, it again give new access token. Database you can use Postgres for storing Credentials.
