OSGI bundle latest Oracle Database driver for Java 11

I am looking for somebody to create an OSGI bundle for the latest Oracle Driver for Java 11. You can get the oracle jdbc jar from here:
https://www.oracle.com/in/database/technologies/appdev/jdbc-downloads.html

Then you can convert it(or any other jar file) to OSGi bundle as per the instructions given in this here:
