OCP Beckend and API project

The aim of project is creating a beckend application in NET 5 or higher platform to define API and fınctions to use all functinallties like same current application written in java before, and to integrated this APIs into Vue Js and Electron Js frontend web based cross platform application.
Project topic is writing API(s) and functions to communicate with other components (Database, Serial Communication RS485 etc.) on frontend application developed with Vue Js and Electron Js. the best point of the development process is linux os, all API and functions must be compatible with linux because application will work on customized linux kernel. we have current same application written in java before, if developer needs that source code we will share with developer that source code after sign of NDA.
