Node.JS Expert for Web App Conversion from Electron JS

I'm looking for a freelancer with extensive Node.JS experience to convert a Java-based desktop application into a web app. Key functionalities of the current app include data entry and storage, file management, and reporting/analytics.

- Features to Maintain: The web app must retain database integration functionality, besides that the freelancer will also be required for code review and modification.
- Database: Our current desktop application uses SQL Lite. The freelancer must have experience working with this database for a seamless transition.
