Crawls and extract headline, main body, published date, modified date, and stock tickers from news articles on Yahoo finance, CNBC, Market-watch, Reuters, and others. I need a crawler that extracts headlines within 5-10 seconds of being published on the sites. I need this crawler to be easily expandable to other website just by inserting link to homepage or category page. I need this written in Java so that it can be easily run as a Java application.
