Need to write a junit test cases and deploy in AWS Services

I have spring boot application with microservice architecture, need a guy to write a Junit testcases with good coverage and handle the deployment in AWS services.
Looking for a person who have better knowledge in spring boot microservice development and handling complete end to end process of devlopment to deployment
