Need web based application built for testing practice activity

looking for a few projects on Java mainly for functional and non-functional testing activities.

Looking for one eCommerce and one Baning domain project. Would request for extension in support based on the complexities for tweaking the applications for Nonfunctional related activities stated below which would be for separate commercials.

Tech Stack:

Front end: HTML, JS, CSS.

Server Side : Java,JSP,Servlets, JVM

App Server : Tomcat

Data Base : MYSQL/SQL server.

Scenario #2: Automation Functionalities need to be covered in the same application.

Element selection with existing automation frame work issues.
Scenario #3 : Manul Test.

Both positive and -ve test scenarios should exits.
Scenario #4: Non-Functional/Performance Testing with various bottlenecks.

Memory leaks.
Thread contention issues.
CPU Spike issues.
DB query issues.
JDBC connection issues.
DB indexing issues.
Presenting Dynamic data in the application to correlate the values.
Parameterization.
Sting length or boundaries miss-match issues should exist in an application.
