Need soap framework to automate the set of webservices.

I need to soap automation framework using groovy script to automate the set of webservices calls and provide the results in consolidated excel result sheet with all the results of the webservices which is passed, failed and why it is failed. It's urgent. Please bid on this project only if you have framework already ready in hand only some modifications can be done to it.
