Need a java expert having knowledge of Restful DHT

I have a project that I need help with. It is a RESTful DHT project and the objective is to complete a simple peer-to-peer structured overlay network, a distributed hash table (DHT), to be partially deployed into the cloud. There should be a local connection and a connection through EC2.
