Need help with pushing a file to dockerhub

So this the problem that I had to solve was to push a custom spring boot java file to dockerhub, Here I had to Build my own Docker image and push it to the Docker Hub. The java file that I was given in this task has some links that I need to change in order to push it to the dockerhub.
