Need a error fixed for a Java Spring Boot/MYSQL web project.

I need the form validation fixed on this project. Everything else is complete. When a user tries to register using a email that has already has been registered I need a validation to show that the email has already been registered. To work with this project you will need to create a new schema in MYSQL workbench to test data.
