Need an algorithm from basic results data -- 2

I have a table with 15 lengths with maximum and minimum frequency results for those lengths. I have an adjustment for each length, the Minimum was set to the minimum adjustment and the Maximum was set to the maximum adjustment. In theory, I can achieve anything in between. 2 Data sets, each set different material thickness. Both will need individual algorithms as there will not be relationships between Data sets. I need this data to be analysed for relationships and an algorithm(s) constructed to determine what measurement will give the range (maximum and minimum) results. Any other relationships also.
