Need an algorithm and design expert -- 3

I am looking for candidate who understands and knows heaps, recursion trees, hashmaps, induction, and dictionaries. Please bid if you believe you are qualified and I will contact you. Do not bid if you do not have any sort of qualification on these topics as it is vital. And do not bid if you are not comfortable with your ability in algorithms and designing them. You will receive everything you will need via message should we move-forward. The project should only take upwards to 5 hours. However I am lenient around this time by a very small margin. Any high bid over 125 will not be accepted any freelancers asking for over 125 will not be awarded.
