Need MITM Forward Proxy Script created

I need someone to develop a proxy service that our browsers can use for connecting. This service should route certain requests through a real proxy server while serving others directly, based on a predefined list of keywords.
For instance, requests containing the keyword 'test,' such as https://www.example.com/?test, should be forwarded to the real proxy, whereas requests like https://www.example.com should not.
This functionality requires SSL request interception, so your application should utilize a self-generated SSL key that the browser can trust.
Additionally, your proxy server should support authentication with the real proxy provider.
We prefer the project to be done in Java, but Python or Node.js is also acceptable.
