Need Java/Python Code to Parse Information from PDFs

The goal is to develop the Java or Python Code to clean a large number of PDF files. The delivery is the Python code, and I will run the code on my side. I will give you some reports.
The following are the primary tasks:

#1 Transfer the PDFs into the ".txt" format and store them in the CSV
#2 Develop a Java program to parse each analyst report to extract the following information:
name of the analyst and the brokerage firm, name and trading symbol of the covered company, analyst CFA designation, stock recommendations, target price forecasts, the total number of words, a textual description of the valuation process including valuation models, and the number of keywords for cash flow and discount rate.

Note: we could first focus on the names.
