Need Java/Eclipse expert to solve issue

My project is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Java/Eclipse expert to solve an issue.

When I try to run my selenuim code, I face this error message:

caused by: java.lang.noclassdeffounderror: org/openqa/selenium/webdriver

I installed all depandices but still not working..
I couldn't solve it, I need expert to solve this issue on my PC remotely, and insure the code run.
