Need Java Developer

Hi,
I have one java windows software need following modifications in it.
1. Custome file scan
2. Auto USB scan
3. Full system scan
4. Real-time scan
5. Windows context menu scan entry(right click scan option for file/folder/drive)
6. Detected file auto quarantine (encrypt) and also option to restore from quarantine
7. If detected file is running or locked by process then first process get killed and file goes to quarantine vault automatically
8. Report - Scan history, Detection History
9. USB enable disable option switch on home screen
10. Blank tool page to add some exe link buttons
11. Update page where i can see last update option and update button download database from my hosting link
12. About section where user registration information can be seen.
13. Make UI more professional

Currently this application scan custom files and check its MD5 definition from one txt file and if that definition is available in txt then that file showed into action section where i can delete it.
