Need Java Dedicate Resources (3 to 5 years exp - Monthly)

I need Java resources on monthly basis. Below details must be fulfilled

designing, developing and testing applications in Java stack with exposure to frameworks Spring or Hibernate.
Experience or knowledge of any JavaScript framework would be desired
