Need Help with CloudSim Resource Allocation (JAVA)

Hello There,
I am new to using CloudSim and for my academic project I am trying to simulate resource allocation using Machine Learning algorithm as per some research papers, I also have some existing codes which i think can prove helpful. Someone with Java and Machine Learning role would be apt for this role. Its a small role, I just need help understanding the platform and performing basic functions.
