Need a Developer to Build an AI-Powered Call System + Data Collection -- 2

Looking for a talented programmer to create an intelligent call system that:
✔ Uses AI (NLP/voice recognition) to handle and respond to calls automatically.
✔ Collects user input (DTMF/keypad entries or voice responses) and stores data efficiently.

Requirements:
