Need QA Automation expert to fine tune a Selenium project -- 3

I have a keyword-driven Selenium (Java) project that was created by someone I hired a few days back. I didn't like the way the project is organized. So I need someone who can work on improvising the framework for me. I expect you to know Selenium, Java, Maven and TestNG. Based on your performance, you will be rehired for our future projects.
