Need an AWS Expert to fix the issue of retrieving data from Secrets Manager

I am in need of an AWS Expert who can help me resolve the issue of retrieving data from AWS Secrets Manager. The application is written in Node.js. The issue is specific to AWS Secrets Manager, where I am experiencing a "Permission Denied" error when trying to retrieve data from the online version of code deployed in Cyclic.sh and Vercel.com
