MySQL to Oracle Conversion & Java Script Development

I'm looking for an experienced database programmer who can convert a MySQL stored procedure to Oracle and write a Java Script that can import both Excel and CSV files into Oracle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Convert a MySQL stored procedure, which performs data aggregation, to Oracle.
- Create a Java Script that supports importing both Excel and CSV files into Oracle.

Ideal candidates should have:
