MySQL JSON Proxy Server Development

For my upcoming project, I am in need of a skilled developer to design and create a Python-based JSON WebSocket proxy server. The principal function of this server will be twofold: database logging and passthrough requests.

Here are more details:

- Database System: The server is intended to communicate with a MySQL database. So, familiarity with MySQL is critical for this task.
- Logging Requirements: Specifically, the program should be designed to log each JSON packet into database. Prior experience with similar database logging functions will be highly regarded.
- Passthrough Functionality: The server will also need to manage passthrough requests by establishing two URL/IP (WebSocket) endpoints and logging inbound JSON packet before sending them to the second outbound endpoint.

The ideal candidate would have:

- Proficiency in Python programming
- Knowledge of MySQL for data lookup and transaction logging
- Previous experience with WebSocket server creation and management
- Experience with JSON packet transactions
