Multilingual Spring Boot App Implementation

I have a Spring Boot application that I would like to make accessible to users in English and Japanese. I would like the app to automatically detect the language based on user's locale. Additionally, I want users to be able to select their language preference under their account settings. The app is currently available in English only. The Japanese translation will be provided.
