Moodle and Java JDK expert - long term

I need someone with proven skills who can handle Moodle LTI implementation for custom made e-Learning application running live; we need to create sandbox version in EAPPS platform and add moodle lti integration - please look into LTI if you are not aware - preferred someone with proven experience

eLearning has some quick changes in Java - customizations; bug fixes in editor someone with JDK experience a plus
