Modify Transaction Matching Code (Java)

Modify the Java code to do the following:
We want to add some checks for how to handle an unmatched transaction to keep it from disrupting the system. Place an unmatched transaction to the side and retry it with a more limited set of fields.
On a failure, remove $AuthorizationIdentificationResponse and try again. On another failure, keep $AuthorizationIdentificationResponse out and also remove $RetrievalReferenceNumber.
