Mobile banking app code review to check coding standards , adherence to ISO 27001 AND PCI-DSS standards including OWASP

We are a Digital Banking solutions company . We are looking for a freelancer who can do a code review ( REACT NATIVE , JAVA SPRINGBOOT ) to check for coding standards , coding practices ( industry ) , adherence to PCI -DSS and OWASP . We need a comprehensive report and also suggestions to improve the product . Our objective is to make is productized , configurable 100% which makes implementaiton easy for every customer .
