Mobile Apps Travel Video Maker Utilize the AI to pick soundtrack

Looking for someone willing to do a bachelor's degree-level project. I'm stuck.

Here is the flow of my project
1. user register and login
2. The user can start create video
3. apps will open the gallery for user to select 6-20 pictures.
4. press generate
5. apps will read the images to determine the mood to select a suitable music background (happy, sad, chill, neutral). 3 theme is enough
6. apps will compile the image into a video with a simple slide (1 frame around 1.5 seconds)
7. apps will insert audio that is suitable into the video.

I tried to do it myself but stuck at step 3 where the user can select multiple images, but did not appear in the apps. For step 5, Im supposed to create my own selection by using any dataset. But I can't, if could use any API such google cloud vision AI or any API is enough.
